At AKMart.ae, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Returns
To process a return, please ensure the following:
- The parcel must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- If the parcel has already been opened, you must report it to us immediately upon receiving it.
- Returns must be initiated within 4 working days of receiving your order.
Return Process
Follow these steps to return your item:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
- Ship the parcel back to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing accessories.
- Items returned after the 4 working day period.
- Digital products or subscriptions (if applicable).

- If your parcel arrives in an opened condition, please inform us immediately by contacting our support team.
- Shipping charges for returning items are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
